How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and usually reach you 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Remote pincodes, hill states and the North-East can take a few days longer.

Is delivery free?

Yes. Delivery is free on all orders of Rs. 899 and above, which covers every product on this website.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, on serviceable pincodes for orders up to Rs. 5,000. A Rs. 50 COD charge applies. We call or WhatsApp every COD customer to confirm the order before dispatch.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your parcel is picked up. You can also log in to your account, or WhatsApp us your order number and we will check it for you.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed and in the original packing with tags. If the item is damaged, defective or wrong, we pay the return shipping. If you changed your mind, a Rs. 120 pickup charge is deducted from your refund. See our Refund policy.

What sizes do the curtains come in?

Curtains come in 7 ft (84 in) and 9 ft (108 in) lengths. Each panel is 43 inches (109 cm) wide, sold as a pair of 2, and fits a standard 1.5-inch rod.

Do you make custom sizes?

Yes, on request. Send us a photo of your window on WhatsApp and we will suggest the right size and confirm the price before anything ships. Custom-size orders cannot be cancelled or returned once cutting or stitching has started.
