We ship across India.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are dispatched after we confirm them with you on WhatsApp or by phone. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery time

Most orders reach you within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Remote pincodes, hill states and the North-East can take a few days longer.

Shipping charges

Delivery is free on all orders of Rs. 849 and above, which covers every product on this website. Cash on Delivery adds Rs. 50 on any order value; this charge is waived when you pay online.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel is picked up. You can also send us your order number on WhatsApp and we will check it for you.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on serviceable pincodes for orders up to Rs. 5,000. We call or message every COD customer to confirm the order before dispatch. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours the order is cancelled.

Undelivered and refused parcels

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete, nobody was available after three delivery attempts, or a COD order was refused at the door, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping at actual courier cost. Repeated refusals may result in Cash on Delivery being disabled for that phone number.
