Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place on it. The store is operated by Shree Ji Home Decor, a proprietorship registered in Uttar Pradesh,  By placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full if the item is out of stock, if a price or description was listed in error, if we cannot deliver to your pincode, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.

Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST at the applicable rate. The tax break-up is shown on your invoice. Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

Product descriptions and colour

We photograph our products as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so the exact shade you see may differ slightly from the fabric. Sizes are given in the description, and small variations of up to an inch are normal in stitched home furnishings and are not a defect. If a difference matters to you, our return policy applies.

Payment

We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through our payment gateway, and Cash on Delivery on serviceable pincodes. We do not store your payment credentials.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account, keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to use this site to defraud us, to place orders you do not intend to accept, or to interfere with the working of the site.

Intellectual property

All photographs, text, designs and logos on this site belong to Shree Ji Home Decor and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the goods you ordered in the condition described. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh.
